After graduating from the University of Sussex with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Justin started his career in recruitment working for a small firm before founding his first company in 2003. Over 14 years, Justin grew the business to be a leader within the rail recruitment industry and successfully sold the business to one of the largest recruitment groups in the country. Justin then joined a UK infrastructure recruitment company specialising across the engineering and environmental space, heading up their London office. In 2021, he co-founded Embankment Group. Justin has a real passion for a first-class candidate experience, keeping recruitment simple and taking the pain out of a job search.
