Justin is a successful recruitment entrepreneur with experience in the rail, infrastructure and environmental markets. After graduating from the University of Sussex with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Justin started his career in recruitment working for a small firm before founding his first company in 2003. Over 14 years, Justin grew the business to be a leader within the rail recruitment industry and successfully sold the business to one of the largest recruitment groups in the country. Justin then joined a UK infrastructure recruitment company specialising across the engineering and environmental space, heading up their London office. In 2021, he co-founded Embankment Group. Justin has a real passion for a first-class candidate experience, keeping recruitment simple and taking the pain out of a job search.
Sam Thorne – Director
A sales leader with a proven track record of building contract and permanent recruitment teams within the engineering sector. Sam has a far reaching, in-depth knowledge of numerous markets including environmental, rail, build, energy, STEM, highways, civils and general infrastructure projects. Graduating from the University of Southampton with a Bachelor of Science, Sam has spent the majority of his professional career in management roles working with several high-profile recruitment firms, leading high performing teams.
Sam co-founded Embankment Group with the aim of creating strategic relationships and bespoke solutions for clients and candidates. Being upfront and transparent underpins everything Sam does when managing a recruitment process.
Nathan Warwick - Director
After graduating from the University of Greenwich with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Nathan joined a leading recruitment company. He quickly established himself as an expert within the infrastructure sector and gained multiple promotions in quick succession due to his high performance and continued success. In 2021 he co-founded Embankment Group with the simple aim of creating an enjoyable, progressive and seamless journey for jobseekers. Nathan takes a mathematical approach to recruitment with a detailed, methodical and thorough style. His exemplary attitude towards candidate care makes him a leader within his field.
